The Preservé philosophy is not a promise of one standard outcome. It is an approach to planning that aims to respect natural breast structures and use a considered surgical plane. Whether a subfascial Preservé approach, lift, revision, or hybrid fat transfer is appropriate depends on anatomy, goals, and a surgeon’s clinical assessment.

Planning Before Surgery

Consultation brings together clinical history, physical examination, measurements, and a discussion of priorities. When appropriate, Crisalix 3D simulation can be used to support communication about possible proportions and implant choices. It is a planning aid, not a guarantee of a surgical result.

For international patients, the process can begin with a remote conversation and continue with in-person examination in Seoul. The clinic’s location at 6F, Dongil Building, 429 Gangnam-daero is a short walk from Gangnam Station Exit 10, allowing patients to coordinate consultation, surgery, and early follow-up in one area.

Aftercare

Review That Extends Beyond the Procedure

Postoperative care is organized around clinical checks and clear recovery guidance. The clinic provides surgeon-performed ultrasound follow-up when clinically indicated, as well as scar-care support that includes unlimited scar laser treatment within its aftercare program. Timing and suitability are determined in consultation with the treating surgeon.

All surgery carries risks, and recovery varies between patients. A good plan therefore includes practical questions: when to travel, how to obtain help if concerns arise, and what level of activity is appropriate at each stage.
